Today I woke up thinking about my children's biological mothers. It's not unusual for me. In one way or another, they are always present in my day-to-day life. I think about them almost every day. Sometimes the thoughts are fleeting, but this morning they were a little deeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every now and then I ask myself: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where are they? How are they doing? Did the photos I sent ever reach them? Have they read the letters? What do they feel when they see the children growing through my words and the pictures we send? But above all... how and when will the day come when we see each other again?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s hard to put into words the whirlwind of emotions I feel when I think about them. To me, they mean so much. They are the only two people who share the title of \"mom\" with me when it comes to my children. They are like partners in this journey of motherhood. They gave them life, and from that moment made a profoundly loving and selfless decision\u2026 to choose a future for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What connects us is an invisible, silent, very deep bond. It's full of love, and that's why I always carry them with me. I know that one day our paths will cross again, but until that day comes, I will continue to honor them, remember them with love, and tell my children about the day I met them. Because without them, the greatest dream of my life would never have come true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They saw something special in me\u2014something that led them to choose me for the most important role of my life. Thanks to each of them, I am a mom. Honestly, I would love to hear from them, to receive a letter, some photos\u2014something I could share with the kids\u2026 to have a little piece of them in the present. But I also know that God's timing is perfect, and when the moment comes, we will meet again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, I just want to say thank you. Thank you<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the greatest gift anyone can give. I carry you with me every step of the way as a mother. In moments of joy, on hard days, and with every small and big milestone our children reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
