Thank You… Gratitude Wednesday Series

I remember the moment I came up with the idea of starting this series a little over three months ago. I was going through a very uncertain time in my professional life, when it was hard for me to see beyond the problems I was facing.

The idea was to make a commitment to myself: to find something to be thankful for. Even if it sounded ungrateful, because of course, we all have so much to be thankful for, but that was my truth at the time. I never imagined how much it would help me, how much it would transform me.

My commitment wasn’t simply to say thank you for something. It was to give thanks with intention, with reasoning, really taking the time to reflect on why I was thankful and what it meant to me. I had some very challenging weeks, and others where the words just flowed. In either case, I always felt better after finishing my writing.

Today, I want to dedicate this gratitude to the series itself, Gratitude Wednesday,. Because it taught me to pause, to breathe, to look with intention, to search my heart, and to discover that gratitude is present even in the hardest days. And it’s right there, in gratitude, where the path forward begins to appear.

And although I still have many lessons to learn, I’ve decided to embark on a new chapter of my life, one where I feel at peace because this series helped me build a foundation to start creating my new story from gratitude.

That’s why I’ve decided to pause this series on the blog. I’m not saying goodbye to gratitude. On the contrary, I want it to stay alive, just in a different, lighter format.

From now on, Gratitude Wednesday, will move to Instagram, where I’ll share smaller, more spontaneous moments of gratitude, always staying alert to the little gifts and everyday moments that give us reasons to be thankful.

My journey with gratitude doesn’t end here, it will simply walk with me in a new way. To all of you who accompanied me every Wednesday on the blog: thank you for reading, for walking with me, and for reminding me that gratitude multiplies when it is shared.

See you on Instagram, with so many reasons to be grateful.

With love,

Melli
